Sydney-based builder Roberts Co is set to take over Probuild’s Melbourne projects, giving it an instant footprint of scale in the country’s second-largest city that it has long sought.
The Deloitte administrators of Melbourne-based Probuild, which went into administration last month, said on Monday that Roberts was entering into due diligence over the projects. The company was founded in 2017 by Andrew Roberts, whose family founded top-tier builder Multiplex.
