Marriott seals deal to run first hotel at Western Sydney Aerotropolis

Industrial developer and asset manager Gibb Group has pivoted into hospitality, announcing that Marriott has won the tender to operate the first hotel planned for the Western Sydney Aerotropolis on land it bought at Badgerys Creek last year.

The planned Courtyard by Marriott Western Sydney Airport, scheduled to open in 2026.
