Melbourne restaurant king Chris Lucas is looking to bring his Chin Chin Asian fusion brand to Canberra – where he is already expanding – as part of a grand plan to more than double the size of his hospitality empire over the next five years.

Mr Lucas revealed the exciting news as he prepared to open the doors to his first Canberra venue – Carlotta, a Mediterranean-themed casual restaurant – at Scott’s Crossing in QIC’s Canberra Centre.
