NSW backs down on forcing bosses, workers to anti-bullying commission

Employers and employees will no longer be forced to the Industrial Relations Commission’s proposed anti-bullying jurisdiction before accessing workers’ compensation, under major changes to a NSW government bill.

NSW Treasurer Daniel Mookhey will on Tuesday announce a suite of changes softening the impact of proposed cuts to workers’ comp for psychological injury claims after a backlash from unions.
