A second attempt by the government to have the Senate pass its union-busting Ensuring Integrity Bill could boil down to crossbencher Jacqui Lambie after One Nation ruled out reversing its opposition.
After the bill was rejected by both One Nation and Senator Lambie in late November, the government quickly rammed it through the House of Representatives so it would be ready for the Senate when Parliament resumes next week.
