Shadow treasurer Ted O’Brien has committed to developing a tax policy that leaves more money in the pockets of Australians after admitting Liberal values were breached by opposing Labor’s income tax cuts at the devastating election loss.
A defiant O’Brien, who is now deputy leader, also stood by his previous support for nuclear energy.
