Commonwealth Bank risk officer Simone Constant, Choice boss Alan Kirkland and Treasury mandarin Kate O’Rourke will join the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in a leadership shake-up.

Treasurer Jim Chalmers announced the new hires on Friday, which come after the departures of Cathie Armour and Sean Hughes and the looming exits of Danielle Press next month and Karen Chester in January.
