Former Reserve Bank board member Warwick McKibbin says Treasurer Jim Chalmers should be doing more to help get inflation under control instead of criticising the central bank’s actions from the sidelines.
“To draw attention when you’re probably two-thirds of the problem is a little problematic,” Professor McKibbin told The Australian Financial Review.
