Wrong, Ms McManus: business is putting it on the line for their staff

On Monday night’s episode of the ABC's Q&A show, Australian Council of Trade Unions secretary Sally McManus launched into an unnecessary, ideologically driven attack on the small business community.

An attack that shows a lack of understanding of workplace relations, failure to recognise the value of small business and family business operators, and an absence of any understanding of how an economy works. An attack showed little regard for the people that employ other people.
