Across political lines a disconcerting trend is emerging – making a virtue of the idea that taking from prosperity and redirecting it to a politically preferred sector somehow represents a growth strategy.
This is just Peronist wine siphoned into new bottles. And it’s not in keeping with our reformist sensibilities.
