Treasurer Josh Frydenberg has called on the Victorian government to be “more creative” in its management of COVID-19 amid warnings of its impact on business and the community.

“Lockdowns are the bluntest of instruments that not only affect the economy but people’s mental health,” Mr Frydenberg said.
