Matildas and Barbie show the business case for gender equality adds up

Mum and Dad were Italian immigrants, so we proudly barracked for Italy. Our hearts raced when the game was forced to a penalty shootout. Then they broke when the No. 1 striker in the world, Roberto Baggio, missed the penalty that would ultimately cost Italy the game and the cup.
