Former Cbus employees charged over CFMEU leak

Two top ex-employees of one of Australia's largest superannuation funds are facing up to five years in jail after being charged with lying to the union royal commission over leaking confidential information to construction union boss Brian Parker.

Prosecutors are examining whether Mr Parker, the NSW secretary of the Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union, should also be charged over his role in the Cbus leaking affair.
