CFMEU bosses sue Boral executives over 'malicious prosecution'

Construction union bosses John Setka and Shaun Reardon have launched legal action against Boral executives for false arrest and malicious prosecution over failed blackmail charges.

Victorian prosecutors dropped the unprecedented criminal case against the senior officials this year after alleging they had threatened secondary boycotts against Boral in 2013 if it did not stop supplying concrete to Grocon sites in Melbourne.
