London | Trade Minister Don Farrell is leaving free-trade talks in Brussels empty-handed, after the European Union refused to improve its offer on better market access for Australian farm exports.
He told The Australian Financial Review he would likely return to Brussels next month for another push, but it was “looking more difficult” to land the deal in coming months.
