Jinding, Burbank swoop on $81m of Victorian housing sites

Jinding and the development arm of home builder Burbank Group have joined the rush of developers restocking their landbanks post HomeBuilder, acquiring sites in regional Victoria and in Pakenham in Melbourne’s south-east for a combined $81 million.

Jinding, founded by Jay Song, has seen opportunity in Kilmore, a small rural town 65 kilometres north of Melbourne, after agreeing to pay $32.5 million for two neighbouring parcels of land between Quinns Road and Tootle Street.
