What if staff refuse to return to the office?

Employers in the US are clashing with workers over whether it should be mandatory to return to the office in the post-pandemic world and experts predict there will be similar stoushes in Australia.
They say “new defences” such as workplace vaccine plans and rapid antigen testing will be needed to make staff feel comfortable in the office once Australia emerges from the virus-induced paralysis of the past 18 months.
