Aged care royal commission to spur M&A activity: Minters
Structural issues in the aged care sector highlighted by the royal commission presents a clear opportunity for many in the sector.
Sunday marked two years since the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety began in earnest. It is due to release its final report in February.
The changes likely to be recommended will be sweeping, if not revolutionary. The final report will probably reflect many of the recommendations made by counsel assisting the commission in final submissions delivered in October. If those recommendations are any indication, the aged care sector is set for significant reform.
