Take heart, weekend warriors. Cramming your workouts into a two-day window can deliver the same mental health benefits as those who exercise in smaller but more consistent amounts, a new study has found.

A paper published in Nature Ageing earlier this month says weekend warriors who do at least 150 minutes of physical activity over two days achieve similarly lower risks of dementia, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, depressive disorders and anxiety as those who are regularly active.
