If you could only eat one kind of chocolate for the rest of your life, what would it be: white, milk or dark? Do you prefer tropical fruit or citrus, fresh apples or dried apricots? How about butter on your toast: none, a little, or a lot?

These are some of the questions asked by Australian online wine subscription company Good Pair Days in a palate quiz each customer needs to do before signing up to buy wine. The answers help the company build a profile of your flavour preferences using an algorithm which then recommends wine for you.
