Excuse me while I weigh into the diversity and inclusion debate swirling around some of our big sporting codes. (Yes, this is the food section; bear with me.) Can I just say I’m absolutely for it? Diversity and inclusion, that is. I mean, how great is it that at the one game, you could be eating a pie and sauce in the outer on the one hand (not to mention in the one hand), or a dish of black truffled cacio e pepe suppli in a restaurant on the other?
Diversity never tasted so good. As for inclusion, who could argue against giving everyone in General Admission an alternative to queuing in the rain for a bag of soggy chips?
