Australia’s next wave of trophy homes will be dressed floor-to-ceiling in luxury resort labels. From the upcoming July issue out on June 27.

Letitia Vitale sips her macchiato and takes in the view across Burleigh Heads. The infinite seascape is the exact kind of spectacular you’d expect from a landmark apartment on the Gold Coast beachfront. The coffee is something else, though. It arrives on a trolley, ushered in by a uniformed attendant with that sweetest of announcements: “Room service!”

“It’s one of the great perks of living here,” says Letitia, who, along with husband and co-managing partner Chris Vitale, runs the developer responsible for this new building, which she now calls home. “I can get my packages delivered and my dog walked. There are valets, housekeeping and in-house chefs. And I can order a martini and have it at my front door in five.”
