Ross and Sunny Lusted could open a restaurant anywhere in the world. In fact, they have. In their roles as chef and hotelier for such luminaries as Adrian Zecha, founder of Aman Resorts, they have opened hotels and restaurants in 10 different countries, from Japan and Rajasthan to Fiji and Montenegro.

But their next move, opening the 120-seater Marmelo at luxe CBD development Melbourne Place in September, feels like coming home.
