From bankers to building one of Australia’s biggest bus companies

Before buying buses, Michael Sewards and “best mate” Adam Begg were bankers.

While giving family companies advice on how to bid for bus contracts in what “everyone thought was a pretty boring industry” the two men – who founded their own firm, the Heritage Group, in 2005 after working for ANZ and NAB – contemplated how they would run their own bus group.
