Ferry operator buys WA bus group Horizons West for $47m

Ferry and bus operator Kelsian, previously known as SeaLink, is spending $47 million to buy Western Australian bus group Horizons West, which operates bus services to 400 schools and a university.

Horizons West was first set up in 1985 and has steadily grown to 138 buses, mainly in the Perth metropolitan area.
