NetComm expands in Canada
NetComm is extending its North American expansion with a deal to supply one of its mobile broadband gateway products to Canadian-based Rogers Communication.
NetComm announced on Wednesday morning that it had negotiated a supply agreement in relation to one of its mobile broadband gateway products. The company will be supplying Canadian-based Rogers Communication, extending its expansion into the North American market.
NetComm’s managing director, David Stewart, said that the mobile broadband sector had proven extremely resilient in the face of the global financial crisis, and that analysts were expecting 3G connections in the North American market to increase by 25 per cent in the 12 months to December 31, 2010.
