Supercheap owner battles higher wages and costs

Super Retail Group, the name behind the Rebel and BCF retail chains, is battling inflationary pressures from wages, rent and energy expenses which will push its cost of doing business up in the second half of 2023.
The $3 billion retailer operates 716 stores in Australia and New Zealand across Supercheap Auto, sporting goods retailer Rebel, camping and fishing chain BCF and outdoor clothing chain Macpac.
