The hotly contested Myer annual meeting looks like it will go down to the wire on Thursday, with sources suggesting Solomon Lew’s man, Terry McCartney, may secure a board seat despite two proxy firms advising against his election.
While proxy votes are rolling in, it is believed Mr Lew has yet to vote his near 23 per cent stake. He doesn’t have to vote his stake until the AGM.
