Staff, clients ‘need to understand importance of Voice’

Law firms and professional services outfits need to go beyond just offering public support for an Indigenous Voice in the Constitution to also helping staff and clients understand how to get next year’s referendum over the line, industry leaders say.

This should include educating staff and executives on “why it’s important” through internal training and assisting clients to do the same, according to executives such as Gilbert + Tobin’s Danny Gilbert and KPMG’s Andrew Yates.
