Slater and Gordon has referred a former employee to police over their alleged involvement in the mass email and pay leak that has upended the law firm.
The firm said it suspected a former employee with access to internal pay data was responsible for the “premeditated and carefully planned attack” in which internal workplace disputes and pay data was leaked to more than 900 current and former staff.
