PwC International and PwC Australia have engaged in an ongoing cover-up of the extent of the firm’s tax leaks scandal and the potential involvement of current and past overseas partners, a parliamentary inquiry has found.

The joint committee examining the structure of the big four consulting firms said the behaviour of PwC’s local and global leaders during the long-running inquiry showed it had yet to properly reform its culture or operations.
