‘Nightmare dressed up as a holiday’: young lawyers rue virus workload
Law students are prioritising how firms treat their staff over “the biggest and best” brands when looking for future workplaces, according to the authors of a study of lawyers during the coronavirus pandemic.
The study, published by the Law Institute of Victoria this month, reveals young lawyers felt they were overworked and under-supported in the pandemic and that COVID-19 was “a nightmare dressed up as a holiday”.
