An employment dispute that pitted a prominent Sydney solicitor to the powerful against his long-serving general manager was withdrawn on Tuesday, a month after an earlier judgment in the matter was thrown out by an appeals court over judicial plagiarism.
Long-serving general manager Elizabeth Kelly and Atanaskovic Hartnell principal John Atanaskovic issued statements saying their eight-year dispute was at an end.
