Gender pay gap increases at EY

The gender pay gap at consulting giant EY increased 4 percentage points this year compared to 2021 to hit 13 per cent, bucking the downward trend recorded by the broader business community.

At the same time, the firm also substantiated five complaints of sexual harassment and eight of bullying and harassment, according to its annual workplace transparency report.
