PwC and KPMG say a commitment to transparency pushed them to reduce the gap between what they pay male and female staff by more than two percentage points in a year.
The firms’ leaders have welcomed the Albanese government’s move to force large companies to similarly report their gender pay gaps publicly, which was an outcome of last week’s Jobs and Skills Summit.
