The staff shortages caused by the COVID-era lockdowns turbocharged growth at Melbourne-based ConnectOS, which specialises in hiring and managing low-cost staff based in the Philippines on behalf of other firms.

Revenue at the company, which can source entire teams of white-collar professionals for clients, has more than tripled from $12 million in 2021-22 to $41 million in 2023-24. The compound annual revenue growth rate of about 90 per cent ranked the firm at 29th on this year’s The Australian Financial Review Fast 100 List.
