‘Project Rose’ should prove the end of billionaire feud, court told

Visy heiress Heloise Pratt says a 20-year-old agreement with her parents – codenamed Project Rose – proves her family’s control over fund manager Thorney Group, which is at the centre of a dispute with her ex-husband, Alex Waislitz.

Waislitz and Pratt married in 1994 and have three children together, but they separated in 2014 and their acrimonious divorce has boiled over into the public domain after years of private disputes.
