Anxiety about not getting enough sleep has become a problem in itself. Here’s what you can do about it - and a bit of late night TV is OK.
We all know the drill. If you are not getting at least seven hours sleep a night, you are increasing your risk of dementia, mental illness, and generally failing at life. It’s enough to keep you awake at night.
Dr Moira Junge wants to change this. The Monash University adjunct clinical associate professor is chief executive of the advocacy organisation Sleep Health Foundation – and she wants you to quit worrying.
