In fact, if you enter “how to lose weight fast” into a Google search, there are 2.3 billion results. When it comes to weight loss, we just aren’t prepared to play the long game.
Fortunately, there’s good news. Science suggests slow and steady might not win the weight loss race after all. In fact, rapidly losing a significant amount could become the strategy of the future.
