This fishery looks to export ‘Penfolds Grange’ of abalone to the world
Brad Adams has captured the attention of fine diners in Hong Kong but the West Australian now hopes to export his sustainably grown greenlip abalone, which he describes as the “Penfolds Grange” of the seafood delicacy, to the rest of the world.
The third-generation fisherman runs ASX-listed Rare Foods Australia, which enjoyed a 47 per cent revenue increase to $2.96 million, according to its latest half-year report released in February.
