MANY farms across Victoria and southern NSW have sold under the hammer this year.

Our list details which farms sold at auction and the price they made, as well as the agent who sold the property.

The Weekly Times has complied the list from information provided throughout the year by leading rural agents.

In the first half of the year several auctions were cancelled or postponed due to coronavirus restrictions, with just seven auctions achieving a sale.

But the second half of the year saw 24 properties make a sale at auction, with the busiest month being November.

The Weekly Times recently reported more rural properties are going under the hammer during the month of December in comparison with the same time last year.

12: Neringah (Central Southern Slopes). 890ha cattle, sheep, grazing. Sold for $6.65 million. Ray White.

26: Summerleigh (Echuca). 390ha cropping, irrigation, grazing. Sold for $4.2 million. Elders.

JULY:
