Fat Fish could be the perfect model to use for bringing the good old fish and chipper bang up to date. None of that drab, greasy spoon look here. The takeaway space is clean and modern and boasts a display of fresh fish and good-looking salads. New Zealand cod is used for crisp, beer-battered fish and chips, but for our money, the grilled fillet of Huon salmon is the hands-down winner.
