An extensive menu caters for comfort food lovers as well as those happy for a palate challenge. Pan-fried crisp-skinned snapper arrives with a tumble of rocket,apple, blue cheese and roasted cherry tomatoes. Perfect, as is the crisp pork belly sitting in a delicate soy and orange sauce, roasted pear and apple on the side. On the menu for $25, what’s not to love? There’s really no need for dessert, but passion fruit creme brulee with mango, mint and lime salsa doesn’t disappoint.
