A young Toowoomba woman has pleaded guilty to her involvement in stealing a car, however a remaining car theft charge may be dropped by police.

Two months prior, the then 18-year-old pleaded guilty to 21 offences including two unlawful use charges, and a number of stealing charges.

At the time, Cole offered no excuses for her actions when she added another page to her two-page criminal history.
She was sentenced to a 15 month probation order and ordered to complete 10 hours of community service.

At court on Tuesday, solicitor Hamish Patterson said the remaining charge of unlawful use of a car was subject to case conferencing with police prosecution.

Police had alleged Cole, 20, was involved in a car theft on February 17.

After pleading guilty to the one charge of unlawful use, Cole had her bail enlarged and walked free from court.

She will be sentenced on September 26.
