Mining executives, cattle barons and property developers are behind some of the highest selling properties across 51 Sunshine Coast and Noosa suburbs in 2021.
We have compiled a list of the new owners from suburbs in Alexandra Headland to Yaroomba, the agency who sold it and its price.
The list was compiled using Core Logic data and Australian Securities and Investment Commission searches from January 1 to December 31, 2021.
