A man and a woman have both been hospitalised following a serious motorcycle crash north of Toowoomba.
Paramedics and emergency services were called to the scene on Groomsville Road at Geham, about 20 minutes outside Toowoomba, at 11pm Sunday.
The riders included a man in his 50s, who was treated for rib injuries.
A woman in her 20s also suffered neck and knee pain.
The pair were taken to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.
