A "NEXT-LEVEL” Lake Macdonald home unlike anything in the suburb is set to create a splash when it goes under the hammer next month.
The award-nominated four-bedroom home, sitting on 42,000sqm of land at 885 Cooroy Noosa Rd, comes with a built-in aquarium, an American-style barn and designer pool.
Countryside Realty agents Eliot Krause and Kimberlea Thwaites said the natural beauty of the property was undoubtedly the standout feature.
"You turn down the driveway and it's all laid out in front of you, the horses run up to you as you come down, then green pastures on the other side,” Mr Krause said.
"But when you turn around you have Mt Tinbeerwah on the left, Mt Cooroy on the right. The backdrop is beautiful.”
Built in 2014 by its current owners, who are moving to Maroochydore, the family lived in the purpose-built barn while construction was taking place.
"We haven't seen one like this in ages, not in Lake MacDonald. The owners really put a lot of planning into its position and style to capture light and breezes,” he said.
"Once you're through the custom-made doors you push them open to this massive aquarium.
"Then it looks straight out to the entertainment area and pool, with all these beautiful native trees behind them.”
The home goes under the hammer on July 20 and is expected to draw interest from interstate and overseas.
