Watch residents help a driver who ran into parked cars on a quiet suburban street, and a motorcyclist was rushed to hospital in a serious condition in separate crashes on the Sunshine Coast.

Three people are in Sunshine Coast hospitals, with one motorcyclist in a serious condition, following separate crashes across the region.

In Beerwah, a motorcyclist suffered a significant leg injury in a crash on Old Roy’s Rd about 10.05am Sunday, August 13.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said the man, in his 30s, was taken in a serious condition to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.

Police were also called to the crash but did not close the road.

Further north, emergency services went to a crash on Coolum Tce, in Coolum Beach, about 10am on Sunday, August 13, after a car hit parked vehicles and rolled.

CCTV footage taken from the other side of the street shows the car crashing and rolling on to its side and residents rushing to help the driver, who they say was a man.

A Queensland Police Service spokesman said the driver, who was in a stable condition, was taken to Nambour Hospital for observation.

He said police were investigating the circumstances of the crash.

In Federal, another person was taken to the Nambour Hospital in a stable condition after a crash about 12.30pm on Sunday, August 13.

A police spokesman said an initial investigation showed the driver of a sedan, a woman, clipped a sign on the Bruce Hwy and spun out in the northbound lanes.

He said the highway was not blocked following the crash.

These latest incidents come after four people were taken to hospital following a two-car crash in Coolum Beach earlier in the week.

Emergency services were called to the crash on Yandina Coolum Rd, near Barns Lane, at Coolum Beach about 7.50pm on August 10.

A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said initial investigations showed it was a collision at that intersection between a Hyundai Getz, driven by an 18-year-old girl from Coolum Beach, and a Toyota HiLux ute driven by a 27-year-old Buddina man.

Paramedics took three teenagers and an adult woman to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, all in stable conditions.
