Queensland Police confirmed the 77-year-old driver was charged with drink driving.

The police spokesman said the man returned a middle-range blood alcohol concentration reading of .131 per cent.

He said officers were called to the end of Noosa Spit at Claude Batten Dr on July 18, 2022, where they found the silver 4WD stuck on a rock wall.
