Super Dish

Chinese$$

Most eateries in this area close by 7pm, but this spot brings Chinatown to Cabramatta with night owl hours, relatively upmarket decor and plenty of Cantonese comfort food. The bright, bustling restaurant was a hit from day one, serving all-day congee (from plain to ostentatious steamed whole crab congee) and specialising in seafood. Popular ‘market price’ dishes include ginger and shallot steamed fish, and baby abalone with ginger. Seafood aside, top picks are Peking duck, or Canton classics such as sweet-and-sour pork, Sichuan beef and barbecued pork. Outdoor seating (a rarity in Cabramatta) is a bit of a smoker’s hang.
